- Fajita Packs
- These party packs combine tender aged beef and chicken fajitas with all of the trimmings at a great value. Each of the party packs are served with guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, cheddar cheese, grilled onions, rice, frijoles a la charra, fresh flour tortillas, chips & salsa.
- Fiesta Packs
- Loaded with flavor, our Fiesta packs combine tender slow-smoked pork ribs with Brochette-style shrimp, mesquite-grilled quail, jalapeño sausage links, beef & chicken fajitas at a great value.
- Enchilada & Taco Packs
- Convenient packs of enchiladas or tacos are each served with rice, beans, chips & salsa. Enchilada packs are available in your choice of chicken, beef or cheese. Taco packs are available in chicken or beef.
- Chip & Dip Packs
- No party is complete without chips & dip. Our packs include freshly made salsa, queso and more than enough chips to scoop it all up. Guacamole and Creamy Avocado are available as add-ons.

El Toro 1 of 4
Secluded from our main dining room by large glass French doors that welcome your Guests into the El Toro room. The room highlights uniquely festive lighting, modern chandeliers and is accented by traditional Mexican artwork. A window wall showcases our beautiful outdoor fountain and side garden, setting the ambiance perfectly for any event. The room has large doors accessing the patio for those cool spring and autumn nights, creating a fabulous fiesta setting for your next family or business gathering.
El Matador 2 of 4
As you walk into the El Matador Room, you are drawn to the beautiful hand painted mural. Complemented with rustic chandeliers and rich carpeting, the El Matador room provides a warm feeling perfect for any occasion. A hidden wall can split the room into two smaller areas to accommodate small gatherings or business meetings. The El Matador Room and the El Toro Room can be combined to accommodate large rehearsal dinners and corporate events.

Retreat to our outdoor cantina. Our Patio is perfect for your corporate event, family gathering or rehearsal dinner. The view of our garden area and water fountain, mixed with our legendry cuisine and hand crafted margarita’s will leave you with lasting memories. This unique area is can be fully protected for use any time of the year in all weather conditions. The Patio includes fans, heaters and clear vinyl rollup curtains to help create your desired temperature as the seasons change.

Our Front Patio is perfect for an evening cocktail hour or intimate get-togethers. Beautiful outdoor setting, mixed with our festive décor make for a perfect “Party on the Patio”. The Patio is fully covered from inclement weather with fans, heaters and clear vinyl rollup curtains to create the desired temperature.

Our professional staff will cater to your every whim, while you and your guests indulge in hand-crafted drinks and delicious food in our comfortable, fun and festive Party Rooms. All you have to do is show up and relax! Pappasito’s offers several menu options, including cocktail, traditional banquet, buffet and family-style service. Vegetarian selections are available upon request. For events including bar service, you may select open bar or cash bar. Prices and menu options are subject to change. Questions? Tables in our private dining rooms may be arranged in a variety of ways to accommodate your event. Our Event Manager can help you decide on the most attractive and effective arrangement for the nature and size of your occasion.
Decorations, including floral arrangements, greenery, candles and balloons may be arranged for an additional fee.
Equipment such as projection screens, televisions and media players may be reserved for a minimal charge. Some locations include separate audio systems per private room.
Menu confirmation and final guest headcount are due two business days prior to the scheduled event. Otherwise the guaranteed minimum listed on your contract will be considered the final count.
A deposit of $50 is due on the date of contract to reserve the room(s) and will be applied to the final bill.
We accept cash payments, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. No separate checks, please. For your convenience, corporate accounts may also be arranged. Tax and gratuity will be added to all parties.
Booking Your Party
To ensure availability, we recommend confirmation as soon as possible on the private dining room you are requesting. During peak seasons, including the Christmas holidays, we recommend that you book your party 30 to 45 days in advance.
